The Loud Quiet’s year in review: Want to revisit 2025 with me?
Oh the joy of looking back at everything that’s happened this year, for me and The Loud Quiet ❤️ I loved creating this roundup video and remembering everything I’ve created, experienced, and all the wonderful people I’ve met.
Thank you so much to everyone who’s chosen to attend my classes, workshops, courses, 1:1s, and work with me in 2025.
Watch the video below (sound on):
From my New Year Old You breathwork course, to my two International Women’s Day events (If Only She Knew and She Loves Herself), my two Stress Awareness Month events, speaking on the chat stage at the The Great British Food Festival (twice), leading breathwork at Cheshire Wellbeing Festival, and running my Time to Feel emotional processing workshop...
...Also, running my creativity and self-connection course The Art of Being You, doing my first online course, Come to Life, and the first two editions of my first retreat days, Permission to Pause (stops to catch breath)...running various free online workshops, collaborating with Goh Yoga on a trauma-sensitive workshop series Embodied Arrival (running again in 2026), and supporting on HER GORGE MOROCCO RETREAT. 🇲🇦
And my weekly breathwork classes at various venues...
I did all this while training as a somatic practitioner, qualifying level 3 in person-centred therapy…and training as an actor.
Thank you to those of you who recommend me, those who send me kind words online; it all makes me feel supported and encouraged to keep doing what I do. And thank you to everyone who's brought me on as support, or collaborated with me, bringing me into their communities. And to all the lovely venues for welcoming me in with my own events.
Lastly, to all the other local business owners who make me feel like I’m part of a beautiful extended community of people doing what they love and cheerleading each other on.
(Ok I’ve not won an Oscar 😂)
In 2026, I look forward to creating more space to slow down and appreciate each stage of TLQ’s continuing journey.
I’m now scaling back my regular classes, so I can focus on new projects, find more stillness, and bring my work to the world with the energy it deserves.
Celebrate where you’re at. Then rest deeply…
Becky x
