As a society, we're not encouraged to slow down and feel our emotions. There's so much information now about healing ourselves and repairing our mental health, yet we still aren't told to priorise what we feel. 🫢

Perhaps you know there's something that needs your attention, but you feel there's not enough time to process your emotions? Maybe it feels too scary to 'go there', for fear of the unknown buried pain that might be acknowledged?

Maybe it feels like you have too many other responsibilities to be able to do deep inner work on yourself?

When it comes to somatic practices like conscious connected breathwork, you can safely meet these emotions through your own inner resources.
