I help you become more attuned to your body, emotions and spirit, bringing compassion to those parts of you that feel stuck or lost. Being supported in surrendered attention to yourself, meeting yourself exactly as you are, leads to a new sense of wholeness and self-acceptance.
In this individualised setting, I can adjust the practice to fit your specific requirements. Whether you're looking for help with healing from trauma, releasing stress, improving focus and clarity, addressing physical pain or overcoming emotional blockages, I work intuitively with your needs. Together, we’ll get to the heart of what helps you come back to life and feel like you again.

What is somatic inquiry?
Somatic inquiry is a therapeutic method which involves a gentle dialogue around physical sensations and emotions. It’s designed to help free you from trauma stored in the body’s cellular memory, without intellectualising or labelling. My sessions hold you in your deepest pain, without having to explain or justify it. We bring deep presence to the body, while speaking back and forth, at your pace. I help you to unravel old stories, address your intention and come back to your truth.
It’s the truest form of somatic healing, emerging from the most authentic part of you. There’s such power in being compassionately witnessed; being seen and acknowledged just as you are. I provide deeply conscious support, from years of trauma-informed training. I help to compassionately guide you in returning to wholeness, living in alignment and remembering who you really are.
What is conscious connected breathwork?
Concious connected breathwork can support all aspects of your wellbeing: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. I can help you safely meet your whole self, creating a more authentic, holistic healing experience. Embracing those parts of you that are kept hidden, feeling everything fully. Breathwork is a powerful tool for processing and releasing stored emotions in the body. In a 1:1 setting, you may feel more comfortable allowing emotions to arise, meeting physical pain and moving through tension.
Under my experienced guidance, you can process challenges in a safe, non-judgemental environment, with optional somatic touch (you always have full choice; I always ask for consent prior to sessions). In breathwork, there is less dialogue; I hold space for you to move through to a music playlist. We will talk through your intention at the start and discuss anything you’d like to share at the end, as I help you to integrate the experience.

Somatic therapy sessions can take place:
online (over Zoom)
at your home (if within travelling distance of South Manchester)
or my own space in Manchester (Didsbury).
Unlike breathwork, somatic inquiry sessions don’t involve any touch and are less dynamic, in that they are carried out in your seat, in conversation with me. For this reason, they are just as effective when carried out online, if this fits your preference.
