Receive compassionate support as you turn inwards, slowly easing into the new year with self-acceptance and loving accountability. 🌛 Accepting who we really are is fundamental for creating lasting positive change. This has the powerful potential to help us live our most authentic lives, transforming our relationship with ourselves and other people.
Each week, I'll take you through practices including somatic inquiry, conscious connected breathwork, written inquiry and meditation. You'll have the opportunity to share with the group in this safe space, and hear others' stories too, as we bring more awareness to our emotions and nurture our mind-body connection.
Access your subconscious, release stuck tension, process emotions and learn how to manage stress. Feel calmer, freer and lighter, with valuable new techniques for regulating the nervous system, moving through pain and discomfort, and accessing deeper states of rest. 💆🏻♀️
