Want to know what happened in my first online breathwork course?

I loved running my Come to Life online breathwork course over October and November. We met three times a week over six weeks, for morning and evening sessions (and a bonus session in week 7). You can imagine that there was such a beautiful group energy that developed between us in that time. It was powerful hearing from everyone, as we moved through the themes and they found deeper self-connection through conscious connected breathwork.

online conscious breathwork course

I guided everyone in:

  • Conscious connected breathwork

  • Guided meditations and body awareness exercises

  • Written enquiry for self-reflection

  • Somatic practices

  • Supportive group sharing

  • Slowing down, softening, and listening to the body

People arrived feeling overwhelmed and anxious, disconnected from themselves and stuck in overthinking. They were tired of holding it all together, worrying about what others think and doubting themselves. People said they were unsure how to feel emotions safely and had forgotten how to breathe fully.

And some wanted help navigating through big life transitions, from divorce to house moves, retirement to career changes.

They told me they wanted:

  • more calm and ways to relax

  • space to breathe and process

  • clarity and emotional steadiness

  • a safe place to feel emotions

  • tools to stop shutting down

  • to enjoy their life again

  • to manage anxiety and stress

  • to remember who they are

So what else did we do together?

We did tender inner child work, practices for reframing limiting beliefs, and reconnecting with self-trust. We worked on cultivating gratitude and self-love, and practised tuning into intuition. We also celebrated our unique gifts and strengths, and remembered joy. Some of these may sound like overused phrases but believe me, this is what breathwork and somatic work makes possible.

Crucially, people made space for emotions that had been pushed aside for years.

What people shared:

“I feel calmer already.”

“My emotions feel easier to approach.”

“I’ve remembered parts of myself I’d forgotten.”

“This feels like a safe space.”

“I’ve started listening to myself more and being gentler with myself”

“So calming and supportive on every level”

The transformation

~ People learned to slow down and enjoy the present moment

~ They released old patterns and fears

~ They gained a deeper bodily connection and softened anxious thoughts

~ People more confident with decisions and knowing what they wanted

~ The group reconnected with curiosity, playfulness and creativity

~ Everyone left with a sense of possibility and hope for the next chapter

Thank you to everyone who joined this space and made this group so special. I just love seeing the powerful effect of reconnecting with our bodies and emotions. Nothing fulfils me more than to help people do this, love themselves more and get their spark back.

My next online course, New Year Old You, starts on 7th January. It will run once a week on Wednesday evenings, 7-9pm (Zoom - all recorded). I can’t wait.

Through breathwork, somatic practices and conscious community, I’ll support you in moving into 2026 softly and authentically, remembering who you are and what lights you up.

We’ll explore these weekly themes:

  • Starting 2026 with gentle intention

  • Coming home to yourself

  • Clearing the old, welcoming the new

  • Letting your emotions guide you

  • Building resilience and self-trust

  • Reconnecting with joy

  • Welcoming your inner child

  • Embodying the journey

If you’d like to get your spark back in 2026 and make positive change, gently, I’d love to welcome you. I’ll guide you in practices that help you come back to yourself, find more inner freedom and reconnect with joy this coming year.
