An uplifting retreat day to help you listen inwards and nurture self-trust.
Feel more present and grounded, soothe the busy mind and reconnect with your authentic self.

Conscious connected breathwork
Somatic enquiry practices
Gentle yoga session
Guided self-massage with Kacea’s Earthie Organics cream
Body awareness meditation
Reflective writing to connect with the subconscious mind
Calming creative exercise
Mats provided; you’re welcome to bring your own blanket for extra warmth.

A short guided drawing exercise will help you explore your own self-expression beyond all the noise, finding new self-understanding through your innate creativity.
The journalling practice will help you go beyond everyday repetitive thoughts, finding deeper clarity and uncovering limiting patterns.
