Embody Your True Nature
A Somatic Healing Retreat to Guide You Back to Yourself
Friday 18th June to Monday 21st June, 2027
Conscious connected breathwork, somatic enquiry, yoga and other nourishing activities
Join us for three days of authentic connection and spacious self-reflection over summer solstice weekend. Claim what you intuitively long for, in a beautifully calming setting to listen to your body and nourish your soul.
Allow yourself to be compassionately supported by a trauma-informed somatic practitioner. Nurture embodied self-trust through gentle emotional processing, and guided self-reflection, to safely unearth limiting patterns.
We’ll come together in slowing down, softening into the present moment and luxuriating in the splendour of these breathtaking landscapes.
Your weekend includes:
Premium accommodation in a countryside holiday home (a beautifully renovated Victorian vicarage)
Nutritious vegan and vegetarian meals (breakfasts, lunches and dinners included - dietary requirements catered for)
Guided somatic enquiry practices
Daily conscious connected breathwork sessions
Morning meditations
Restorative yoga from a guest teacher
A 2-hour sauna and ice bath session
Group walk to a waterfall (around 1 hour each way)
Free time to enjoy the grounds or surrounding nature
Relaxed gathering around the fire pit
At least one of the breathwork sessions may be hosted on the outdoor decking to enjoy the birdsong and views, if the weather is dry.

Whatever you’re seeking, currently moving through or bringing along, you’re welcome to show up exactly as you are. This is a trauma-informed, small-group retreat with a focus on safety, consent, and gentle pacing. You’ll always be encouraged to listen inwards, trust yourself and let your body lead.
Self-acceptance comes from giving ourselves the permission to be human, rather than trying to optimise ourselves or perfect a practice.
Please note: My very friendly dog may be joining us (it will be his 16th birthday!); my partner will be looking after him while we’re in studio sessions. Let me know if you are nervous around dogs and we will be mindful to keep him out of your way.
