Meet your deeper emotions and process what’s unhealed, bringing compassion to your suppressed spirit and transforming your pain into freedom.
~Develop your mind-body connection and overcome past pain, gently and authentically. Remember how to feel and be fully present, with the support of a fully qualified facilitator in somatic inquiry and conscious breathwork.
~Connect to and unblock your inner voice and deep wisdom, integrating your fragmented parts (this doesn’t mean you’re broken). Become the most authentic version of you by lovingly meeting your unmeet needs and embracing ‘messiness’.
~Unravel old emotions and old stories by following your body, listening to its wisdom and feeling what wants to be felt, with conscious, trauma-informed support. Experience true healing by meeting what’s here in this moment, in a safe, judgement-free space. We must deeply feel and honour our pain, to reach new freedom on the other side.

What is somatic inquiry?
Somatic inquiry is a therapeutic method which works with the mind-body connection and nervous system. It’s designed to help to free you from trauma stored in the body’s cellular memory. My sessions allow you to be held in your deepest pain, without having to explain or justify it. It’s a space where we gently explore what’s going on beneath the surface. We bring compassionate presence to the body, while speaking back and forth, at your pace, to help unravel old stories and understand your intention (if you have one; you may simply be following your felt sense that something needs attention).
It’s the truest form of healing, emerging from the most authentic part of you. And we’re not supposed to do it alone. I provide deeply conscious, trauma-informed support, to help compassionately guide you in returning to wholeness, living in alignment and remembering who you really are.
What is conscious connected breathwork?
Concious connected breathwork can support all aspects of your wellbeing—mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. In a personalised somatic therapy session, I can help you address your whole self, creating a more authentic, holistic healing experience. Embracing those parts of you that are kept hidden, feeling everything fully. It’s not about trying to transcend, escape or further suppress discomfort through spiritual bypassing. I’m invested in a realistic, long-lasting apprach for you.
Breathwork is a powerful tool for processing and releasing stored emotions. In a private setting, you may feel more comfortable letting go of intense feelings that can arise. You can dive deeper into emotional healing, and under my experienced guidance, you can process challenging feelings in a safe environment.
1:1 sessions create an intimate space for self-exploration. You may become more attuned to your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations during the practice. This heightened self-awareness can lead to a greater understanding of your habits, patterns, and areas in your life that may need attention or healing.
In this individualised setting, I can adjust the practice to fit your specific requirements, whether you're looking to manage stress, improve focus, address physical pain or release emotional blockages. I can intuitively sense your needs and help you move through any resistance, getting to the heart of what helps you become more authentically you and find greater fulfilment in life.
Sessions can take place either at your home (if within travelling distance of South Manchester), my own space in Manchester (Didsbury), or over Zoom. (Somatic inquiry sessions usually take place over Zoom, as they don’t involve any touch.)
